The December meeting will be the usual gathering of members for a Christmas luncheon, so....
Your next chance for a gathering of hookers will be...

Saturday, January 11th
10:00 AM
Huntingburg Public Library

The November meeting was also an open house to showcase the art of rug hooking and invite people to come on down to look over various rugs & projects, ask questions, and possibly engage in the fun.

Along with a picture of guild information, these first eight pictures are completed projects members brought to entice others

There was also work going on at the meeting...
Libby & Shirley hard at work.
Details of their projects below:

Judy's vase of flowers inches closer to completion!

Sheila looks for direction on her weather vane.

Melody isn't sheepish about getting her picture taken...

....but her project is, since it's actually a sheep!

Anne working on a project that had a deadline looming.

Crowd shot!

Heaven has gained another hooker.
Sug at last year's Christmas luncheon.

After a short illness, Guild member Sug McLain passed away on November 21st at the age of 94. She'll be fondly remembered as being a crafts person extraordinaire, as well as one of the sweetest people you could ever meet.
We wish her family fond memories as well as many laughs as they recall her life's events, like the birthday parties they hosted in her honor.  Her daughter Kathy was her wing man for guild meetings, and even though she doesn't hook we do hope Kathy knows she's always welcome to the guild meetings.

God speed, Sug!

Cheers, .......
