Fall into Autumn... the gateway to the holiday season!

The next meeting of the Hoosier Hills Rug Guild will be held

Saturday, November 14th, at 10:30 AM

Huntingburg Public Library.

(Note: this will be 2020's last hooking meeting.  The December meeting will be the Guild's Christmas luncheon.  Regular meetings, Covid-willing, will resume in January.)

Libby continues to make mittens, getting fancy with details.
(Still no word on how kittens can get these mittens.)

Yippee-yi-ki-oh!  Melody has decided to take a break from her      Welcome Mat to work on a cowboy snowman.

Sharon's sweet sheep, a simple start for the holidays.

Anne's working on a challenge rug that she plans to make into a chair pad.

Sheila appears to be hooked on cross-stitch.

Shirley finds working on a background for her sheep hilarious.

Sue's working on a frog theme.

Sue's been on a roll, finishing her squirrel chair pad, lashing a little sheep, and making an ear of corn.  She also showed off a piece of wool she dyed at Woolen Heirloom's Fall Gathering!

Judy's getting ready for the holidays!
Last time it was a needle punch Santa, this time a snowman!
But why, you ask, is she working on such small projects?

Because, sadly, she's packing up her stuff & moving across state!
Judy's presence at all the meetings will be missed, but we'll stay in touch - someone has to keep an eye on her as there's nothing like an unchecked rogue rug hooker!

Meanwhile, I know your next question is, why wasn't a picture of the cake taken before it was cut into?
Simple, with a cake that good, you just can't wait!!

Enjoy autumn.... hope to see you at the next meeting!
