Taa-daa!  Cooler weather is arriving!  Gotta love fall!

The October meeting of the Hoosier Hills Rug Guild will be held

Saturday, October 10th at 10:30 AM

Huntingburg Public Library

Per usual, mask up to enter the building, once in the meeting room you're free to unmask if you wish, as well as socially distance.

It was a packed house for the September meeting!

Debbie's sampler is finished!
(and apparently getting readying to walk as a shoe wasn't edited out)

Completed & framed!  And ready to hang in Debbie's house.
(And with the hand there the implication is that it's a hand-some piece!)

Sheila is working on another sampler!  She showed us a picture of the one she was working on earlier this year - already framed & hanging in her stairway.  Future generations will be able to view these on Antiques Roadshow!
(It's kneedless to say anything further!)

Just like Twix bars, Judy's needle punch Santa has two sides.
On left is a closeup of the looped side, on right is how it looks as she's working on it.  Which would you choose?

It could be that Libby is making mittens for kittens who have lost theirs, but really she's getting ready for Christmas & making ornaments.  Lets hope the kittens find their own mittens.

Sharon is working on a posey for a possible purse panel.

Jane's flower is looking good!  It's also looking for its border to be completed.

How much is that doggy in the window?  You can ask Debbie but I'll bet she's not willing to sell it to you.

Nuts, nuts, get'em!  While this squirrel is getting ready for winter, Sue's chair pad is ready to be finished & have a border added on.

OK, to be honest, this picture is from last month.... Melody has done a bit more on it, but wasn't happy with the start of her leaves so she was pulling it out.  And then the photographer forgot to get a picture.
(Secretly I think she's not done too much work because it doesn't have a sheep on it!)

Hope to see you at the October meeting!
