Greetings on a hot, hot, hot summer day!

Here's the Guild's schedule for the next few months:

September - no meeting.  The Sept meeting is usually suspended as members attend the annual Woolkeeper's Hook In held in Danville, IN.  Perhaps we'll see you there!

October - no meeting.  This is the weekend that the Guild will be busy with a workshop.

Which leaves us with the next meeting scheduled for...

Saturday, November 13th at 10:30 AM

Knox County Public Library

Vincennes, Indiana.

The August meeting, the first held at the Knox County library, worked out well!   The room is well lit and natural sunlight supplements the lighting.  In addition, the library is open until 6 PM on Saturdays so we don't have to rush out mid-afternoon (seems like we finally settle down to hooking and then suddenly it's time to leave - no such problem this last meeting!).

Sharon has been busy working on her masterpiece!
Next step, whipping the edges.

Sharon has also been busy working on her first
needle punch project.  Not baaaa-d for a first-timer!

For her next project, Sharon is working
on a full moon cottage piece.

Debbie's knitters are almost done!  Can't wait to see the finished project with all the details, such as glasses & knitting needles.

Anne's lavender & pink hued piece is also coming along.

Jane's changed up the border of her bench piece & is quite happy with the results.

Sue's first needle punch project is off to a decent start.

The back side of the piece certainly presents a different look.

Here's hoping fall brings us some typical weather!

Be sure to refer to the above schedule of meetings -

hope to see you out & about at any or all of them.
